Budget
Directions:
1. Press the Plus (+) sign in the top left corner
2. Press New Sheet
3. Title the sheet "Budget"
4. Change the amount of boxes by using the slider tool in table- 7 down, 2 across
5. Title the left column "Expense" & the right column " Costs"
6. Fill in left column (From top to bottom) Hotel, Air, Tickets, Souvenirs, Food, Total cost
7. Fill in right column (From top to bottom) with the cost of each expense
8. Double tap bottom box right under the column "Cost"
9. Keypad will pop up & select the equal sign (=) on the top bar of the keypad.
10. Press function & choose sum
11. Highlight B2-B6 and select the green check box
12.Highlight the entire table except the bottom row land select " Create Chart" & select pie chart
